MESSAGE FROM THE CHAIRMAN
ICENDE 2023

Firstly, I would like to wish everyone a very happy and productive New Year as we all move forward with new and exciting goals. I would like to briefly report on past and future ASNT India Section activities.

ASNT INDIA Section began its march as professional society on 14th April 2016. This society takes great pride in recording that it has conducted successfully 70 Technical events and addressing new topics such as “NDT in Ski Industry”, “Tank Floor Plate Inspection using Robotics” and Application of Coercimetry. These events were organised in both virtual and in-person platform which has been attended by 500 to 800 unique members. It is also worth highlighting that the section is the recipient of the ASNT’s President Award from its inception and we have got Gold for the consecutive 3 years. The activities so far have been progressing well, in 2022 it kick started with an eye catching one day seminar in April 2022 with a theme on “Role of ASNT Certification in Globalisation”. This seminar with five invited technical talks and 10 vendors display was graced by then Vice President and present President of ASNT Mr. Danny Keck, Executive Director Mr. Neal Couture and Director Marketing and Communication Ms. Garra Liming. Our major annual conference ICINDE-2022 happened to be a two days physical event which received 400 professionals in various categories like delegate, invited speaker, presenter, exhibitor and visitor.

Now with great pleasure, I invite you all to attend the 3rd International Conference & Exhibition on Non-destructive Evaluation - ICENDE 2023 to be held under the patronage of American Society of Non-destructive Evaluation India Section. The conference is organised on 24-26 Aug 2023 at Corinthians Club & Resort, Pune.

ICENDE 2023 will provide an excellent opportunity for regional and international operators and owners as well as technology, product and service providers to connect, network and discuss how to develop innovative ideas and feasible solutions that will address the growing needs of the oil, gas and petrochemical industries both upstream and downstream.

I extend my heartiest wishes for the grand success of the conference. I look forward to welcoming all of you at ICENDE 2023.

The American Society for Non-Destructive Testing, Inc. (ASNT) is the world’s largest technical society for non destructive testing (NDT) professionals. Through our organization and membership, we provide a forum for exchange of NDT technical information; NDT educational materials and programs; and standards and services for the qualification and certification of NDT personnel. ABOUT ICENDE 2023

International Conference and Exhibition on NDE (ICENDE) is an important annual event for American Society for Non-destructive Testing India Section. ASNT India Section is proud to host the event and to bring our community from across a range of related disciplines together in Pune. The three day conference will offer presentations and technical sessions from eminent specialists combined with actual case studies and practical industrial applications covering various industry sectors including oil and gas, power, mining, aerospace and transportation.
